The mythical State of Jefferson had its start in 1852. Again in 1941 but, alas, the attack on Pearl Harbor stop it in its tracks. Again in 1969, it was to be voted on. Splitting The State of California into 3 States. Currently we are hoping to be the 51 st State.

Hi- I am Wini,
and this is our Giant 2 lb. Banana split. We make smaller ones too.

Here at Tasty Q. We add 3 -8 oz. scoops of Ice cream, a fresh banana, chocolate and Carmel sauce, pineapple, strawberry or blueberry or cherry toppings, whip cream, nuts and cherries on top. What a monster. Its plenty for 2 ,3 or 4 people.

We carry from 12 to 18 flavors of ice cream all year long.

Craving a Malt? That's one of our specialty's. Cookie sundaes, 3 scoop hand made milk shakes.
Hand scooped real ice cream cones in 4 different sizes. Root beer and coke floats , freezes, and ice cream sodas. Do you have an old favorite? Tell us and we will do our best to create what your craving.

We also create Miner Munch, Yreka's version of Moose Munch, only with more nuts , chocolate and peanut brittle, State of Jefferson Rocky road fudge and sugar free truffles, along with our sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, onion rings, salads and home made soups, pies, cookies and candies. We feature Bud's old fashioned ice cream, handmade sugar free ice cream, along with banana splits, sundaes and ice cream sodas.
Tradewins features locally made gourmet food and gift baskets. Where we will arrange a delightful combination of your choices of goodies into custom made beautiful gift baskets. Goodies like Apricot Jalapeno jelly, Klamath River BBQ, Sticky Lips sauces, State of Jefferson products Hats, T- shirts, State of Jefferson DVD's, Mugs, Shot glasses, local honeys.
